Hepatitis Treatment

For hepatitis viruses which don’t develop o chronic form of the disease (A, E) there are no medication necessary for treating it. The most helpful treatment is bed rest and drinking lots of fluids. That situation changes with hepatitis like B, C and D which can become chronicle. There are only a few drugs approved for curing that hepatitis - interferon, lamivudine, ribavirin, and the treatment is lasting few months at least and it has many side effects. For hepatitis G there is no treatment available because it is not considered necessary.
